Francisco Tiu-Laurel
Mr. Francisco Tiu-Laurel, Jr. is concurrently the President of Frabelle Fishing Corporation, one of the largest fishing and marine products companies in the world. He is also the President and Director of Frabelle Market Corporation, Frabelle Cold Storage Corporation, Westpac Meat and Processing Corporation, Signal Marine Shipyard Esia, and Markham Resources Corporation. He is also the Chairman of Inter Continental Ventures Ltd. and Tri-diamonds Corporation and Vice Chairman of Majestic Seafoods Corporation PNG. He also acts as the Vice President of Trinity Marine Ventures Vietnam and PT Sinar Purefoods Indonesia. He also concurrently sits as a director of Frabelle Properties Corporation, Penta Holdings Corporation, and FTLJ Leasing Properties.
Mr. Tiu-Laurel is also the Honorary Consul to the Federated States of Micronesia in the Philippines. He is also the Chairman of the Processing Sector of the Bangus Council of the Philippines, Organisation for the Promotion of Responsible Tuna Fisheries (OPRT), Philippines, World Tuna Purse Seine Organization (WTPO). He also sits as a director of the Inter-Island Deep Sea Fishing Association. He is also a Commander of the 202nd Reserved Naval Squadron of the Philippine Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas.

Mr. Tan holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University (Class of 1988) and earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines (Class of 1980) where he was a member of the Order of the Purple Feather (U.P. College of Law Honor Society) and ranked ninth in his class. Mr. Tan passed the bar examinations in 1981 where he placed sixth. He has a Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science degree from the San Beda College (Class of 1976) from where he graduated Class Valedictorian and was awarded the medal for Academic Excellence.
Aristides S. Armas
Mr. Ted S. Armas is currently the President of Asia United Leasing & Finance Corporation and of Asia United Fleet Management Services, Inc. He is also an independent director of Coal Asia Holdings, Inc. He was formerly President and CEO of United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) Leasing & Finance Corporation, a position he held from 2003 to 2012. He has 40 years of experience in banking and finance. He is presently a Member and in the Advisory Board of Philippine Finance Association since 2004 and a Member at the Knights of Columbus Council 6060 since 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce Major in Accounting, both from the De La Salle University.

Stephen T. CuUnjieng
Mr. CuUnjieng has been Senior Managing Director at Evercore Asia Ltd. since July 27, 2011. He serves as Senior Managing Director of Advisory Business at Evercore Partners Inc. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the General Partner of HFS Capital Private Equity Fund LLC. He served as Managing Director and Vice President at HFS Capital LLC. He served as Senior Director of Evercore Partners Inc. since August 2009. He served as the Director of Strategic Finance at Remote Dynamics, Inc. since January 30, 2004. Mr. CuUnjieng has been in investment banking and financial services since 1986. His experience includes being a senior officer in the investment banking and corporate finance divisions of several global investment banks out of their Hong Kong offices. Mr. CuUnjieng served as a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he served as the Head of Power and Energy Investment Banking for Asia and Investment Banking Country Head for the Philippines. Prior to this, he was a Director at Salomon Brothers. Before that, he served as a Director with Morgan Grenfell Asia. He moved to Morgan Grenfell from PCIBank in the Philippines, where he was a Managing Director for PCI Capital Corporation. He joined PCI from American Express Bank Limited, where he was part of their New York based merchant banking group. He also raised private equity and debt for several early stage and private companies in the USA since 2001 and has a broad and varied industry experience. Besides power and energy, Mr. CuUnjieng has handled several government privatizations and provided advice and raised debt and equity for numerous conglomerates, telecommunications and technology companies, financial services firms, and basic industries. They include cross- border acquisitions and listings in major stock exchanges. He led the team that did the listing and placement of PLDT’s perpetual convertible preference shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. CuUnjieng was part of the team that handled the NYSE listing of CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Company). Major privatizations, he was involved in include that of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand, the Manila Electric Company, and the National Power Corporation of the Philippines. He has been Chairman of Evercore Asia Limited since July 27, 2011. He has been an Independent Director of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. and Aboitiz & Company, Inc. since May 17, 2010. He serves as a Director of Old Dominion University’s Bank of America Entrepreneurial Center. He served as a Director of Remote Dynamics, Inc. from July 13, 2004 to December 15, 2005. Mr. CuUnjieng served as an Advisor at the NASDAQ listing of PSI Technologies. He has received several awards including being in Euromoney’s global list of Top Fifty Under Forty in Banking and Finance in January 1998. In June 1994, he was selected as one of Global Finance’s 100 Emerging Superstars. He also holds a NASD Series 7 license. Mr. CuUnjieng received his A.B. and Ll.B. (J.D. equivalent) from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
